The terms of Shipping Policy must be understood well before you place an order. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Shipping Policy”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.
Order Processing Time
We at Suvi Trends are committed to deliver all orders with good quality packaging within a span of 4-6 business days (excluding weekends & Public holidays) under normal circumstances. Please be noted that orders placed after 5 PM will be considered for the next business day.
Delivery Partner
Suvi Trends makes all commercially reasonable endeavors to ensure that the product(s) are delivered to end users in a timely fashion. To ensure that the order reaches in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through various reputed delivery partners.
Suvi Trends partners with third party delivery partners who are separate and distinct from Suvi Trends, to effectuate product(s) delivery to end users. Details of the delivery partner who will be processing the delivery of the order will be provided to the end user through Email or SMS along with the tracking number. Suvi Trends shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by third party delivery partners.
Shipping Address
Prior to or at the time of making payments for the purchase of product(s), the user will be prompted to provide a shipping address. While entering shipping address details, the user should ensure to provide correct, complete and accurate information along with landmarks if any to aid delivery. Suvi Trends shall not, under any circumstance, be liable for any failure or delay in delivery of the purchased product(s) arising out of the user’s failure to provide correct, complete and/or accurate information.
For any reason if you would like to change the shipping address of your order, please write to us at contact@suvitrends.com or +60 12-738 1434 and include your new shipping address.
Package Missing/Lost while in transit
If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in transit, please contact us by email or whatsapp. We can contact our delivery partner to investigate the issue.
If your package has indeed gone missing which is confirmed by our delivery partner, Suvi Trends will ensure that a new order is placed and sent with no additional cost.
What if I have received the package in damaged condition?
If you have received the package in tampered condition or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
Please notify us immediately at +60 12-738 1434 or email at contact@gmail.com mentioning the Order ID. We at Suvi Trends will discuss with the delivery partner and do the needful.
